How do I change or cancel my order?

Any changes to your order (including cancellations) must be requested within 12 hours of your order confirmation. Our warehouse team strives to ship your order out as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

While we will try our best to make the necessary changes to your order, we cannot guarantee this.

How do I track the status of my order?

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in California. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to track your shipment in real time.

There are times when we may need to ship your order from our warehouses elsewhere. We source our products from around the world, often going straight to the factories where they're manufactured to guarantee the best deal for you. In these cases, shipping may take 7-21 business days.
